Your First Visit: What to Expect
Time Commitment
We value your time and believe in providing thorough, unhurried chiropractic care. Day 1 (Consultation & Exam): Please set aside 30-60 minutes. This gives Doctor Zachary Bruley ample time to listen to your history, perform a neurological scan, and take necessary X-rays.
Routine Visits: Once your supportive care plan is established, subsequent adjustment appointments are efficient, typically lasting just 5 to 10 minutes.

Schedule & Intake
Everything starts with getting to know you. Simply call us at (715) 313-0935 to schedule your visit. Our team loves welcoming new patients and will help you find a convenient time. We also send digital intake forms so you can complete them at home, saving you time in the waiting room. If you have any questions beforehand, please contact us.
The “Deep Dive” Exam with Dr. Bruley
You won’t just see a nurse; you will meet directly with our clinical team. We will discuss your health goals and perform a comprehensive evaluation for various conditions, including:
Neurological Scan: We evaluate your nervous system to identify areas that require supportive care.
Spinal Analysis: We check for structural shifts (subluxations) that may be contributing to your discomfort, an assessment commonly performed by a back pain chiropractor.
Digital X-Rays: We use a specialized 4-view motion study to see exactly what is happening inside your spine.
Your Report of Findings
We prioritize precise measurements to guide your care. Before providing supportive therapies, we review your exams and X-rays to build a custom management plan. On your follow-up visit (usually the next day), we will explain exactly what was found, the services we recommend for symptom management, and the timeline for your rehabilitation.
TREATMENT BEGINS
Once you understand and agree to the plan, your care begins! Your management strategy is tailored to your unique anatomy and may include Torque Release Technique (TRT) adjustments, spinal decompression, or specific home exercises to encourage optimal function and ongoing symptom management.
